CONGRATULATIONS !!!!! FROM THE SEMINOLE DISTRICT DINNER MAY 14th

1) PACK 460 was given the Loretta Nehila Unit Award. We were only 1 of 4 packs in Seminole District to receive it.

What is the Loretta Nehila Unit Award?

LORETTA NEHILA UNIT
AWARD OF EXCELLENCE 2009
This award is designed to promote excellence in the packs, troops, and
crews of Seminole District, South Florida Council. The goal is to promote
participation in the areas of training, advancement and community service.
This award is named for Mrs. Loretta Nehila, a former Scouter who supported
the Scouting program for over 20 years. Loretta was a member of the district
committee, commissioner staff, training staff and the Order of the Arrow. She
was Wood Badge trained and was a recipient of both the District Award of
Merit and the Silver Beaver Award.
This award is dedicated to Loretta's memory and hard work, but mostly to
our Scouts, leaders and our units. We are genuinely excited about this
award and we are convinced that those who support it will achieve a level of
excellence that will insure their unit strength and success.

2) Our Charter rep, Derek Cordle, received the Charter Rep of the Year !!!

3) Roman Maciag received the Pack Committee Chair of the Year !!!!

4) Cubmaster Gary Blandina received the District Award of Merit Award !!! One of the highest awards to receive in Boy Scouts for his continous work with Boys and Cub Scouts.
